Shipping Policy
Overview
This website is provided for informational purposes only to market a privately owned 2008 Hunter 31 sailboat. No products are sold or shipped directly through this website.
Vessel Location
The vessel is currently located in Shelburne, Vermont. All inspections, surveys, and viewings are by appointment only.
Transportation & Delivery
Transportation of the vessel is the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The sale includes a Road King triple-axle trailer, which allows for over-the-road transport by the purchaser or a licensed marine transport service.

If delivery assistance or coordination is requested, it must be arranged separately and documented in a written agreement between the parties.
Shipping of Accessories
No accessories or equipment are shipped separately from the vessel. All included equipment transfers with the vessel at closing unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer in accordance with the terms of the executed purchase agreement.
