Accordingly, there are no purchases made through this website that would require refunds.

Vessel Sale Terms

Any potential sale of the vessel will be governed exclusively by the terms of a separately executed written purchase agreement between the seller and the buyer.

Any deposits, payment terms, contingencies, or refund conditions related to the purchase of the vessel will be defined in that written agreement.

Deposits

If a deposit is accepted in connection with a purchase agreement, refundability will be determined strictly in accordance with the terms outlined in that agreement (for example, subject to survey, sea trial, financing approval, or other contingencies as negotiated).

2008 Hunter 31 for Sale

To reduce scams, all serious buyers must schedule a call using the booking link below. We do not respond to text-only inquiries.

We will not purchase or provide third-party history or hull verification reports at a buyer’s request. However, we are willing to provide a report from BoatHistoryReport.com upon request. No other online verification services will be used.


Buyers are responsible for arranging and paying directly for any marine survey through a reputable local surveyor. Proof of funds will be required prior to scheduling a survey. Additionally, a $6,250 refundable deposit will be required before the vessel is removed from the market or a survey is scheduled. Deposit terms will be documented in writing.
